SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding holidays) of placing an order.

Fortuna is unable to provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the parcel.

Please check the chart below for available delivery options and transit times for domestic and international shipments. UPS shipping rates are calculated based on the destination address. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and total order value.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, the total order price does not include customs duties and tariff charges. The customer is responsible for handling all import charges in their country.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer free returns/exchanges within the US. For international returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order delivery for all qualifying items. Returned merchandise must be in new condition including protective plastic coverings and all original packaging. Returned watches will be carefully inspected once received before being approved for refund or exchange. If signs of wear or alterations are evident, Fortuna reserves the right to return the merchandise to the customer and decline the refund or exchange request. Please contact us to start a return/exchange.
 
Once we receive your return and determine that it complies with our returns policy, please allow 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and additional 1-7 business days for your payment provider to post the refund to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
